We welcome fall with a new release! This time we've updated our file viewer in Project, giving users more annotation options and a brand new version of the file comparison feature. See all the new features here.
Updated viewer in Project!
When you click the "Preview" feature on a file in a Project, the integrated viewer opens, where you have many features you can use to annotate the file. For example, you can annotate, add highlights, place sticky notes, use stamps, etc.
We've updated this viewer to give you more annotation options and a brand new version of the file comparison feature!

Improvements
We have upgraded to a new version of the Leadtools viewer and the following features have been implemented:
o Rubber stamp
o Text highlight
o Strikeout
o Underline
o Text reduction
o Sticky note
o Print to PDF (Only on Windows)
o Export text
o Select all text
o Clear selection
o Copy text
o Find text
o Select text
o We’ve added a new feature to compare two files versions.
Annotations without responses no longer have a 'unfold' arrow.
Error fixes
A challenge that prevented a user from uploading more than 100 files has been fixed.
A challenge with searching in specific document lists has been fixed.

Improvements
Contract name is added to the list of questions and answers in the email notification to bidders.
Error fixes
A challenge where subcontractors could download questions and answers in Excel and Word from other contracts has been fixed.
