Improvements & fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Approved/Rejected status by quality control was not displaying correctly in multi-approver mode.

  • Resolved a critical error that was affecting the Digital Handover approval process.

  • Fixed an issue where Admin users were receiving messages indicating a lack of permissions for actions in iTWOfm.

  • Fixed an issue where it was not possible to move a company to a proper group, limiting the selection to only first-level groups in iTWOfm.

  • Fixed an issue where reports were coming out empty.

  • Ability to choose years, months, or weeks in the Gantt chart. FM plan can now be shown for various timelines and there are buttons for switching to next/previous periods.

  • Fixed reports log that showed reports from other Digital Handovers fromanHjfs the same portfolio. Also fixed the report log to show reports started by other users, not just the current user.

  • Improved displaying of emails in the email log. Now shown in a more user-friendly format instead of raw HTML.

  • Fixed displaying of Warranty/Statutory fields in reports for some Digital Handovers.

  • We have fixed an issue where the instructions for contractors were displayed incorrectly after an object was rejected.

  • Various fixes and optimizations for report generation, including;

    • Showing Digital Handover name next to report name in reports queue.

    • Renaming zip file to Digital Handover name when downloading all report files.

    • Adding more file validations before putting files in PDF.

    • Fixing terminating reports.

    • Fixing ‘Connection is closed’ error when report tries to put large number of files inside PDF.

    • Improving logging of report generation errors.

  • Added translations to Objects export/import functionality.

  • Made text improvements to the Contractor interface.

  • Improved translations throughout the application.

  • Changed the name of attachments in emails for better clarity.

  • Added translations to Locations export/import functionality.

  • Made text improvements to the administrator interface, specifically for Level of Detail.
