In our last release, we introduced a great feature that allows you to upload folders with and without files in the Workspace of RIB Project. And now we're happy to tell you that we've added the same feature in the Publication space! See all news here.

Upload folders with and without files in the Publication space

In the last release we gave you the ability to upload folders with and without files in the Workspace, and now we're ready with the same feature - now added in the Publication space!

If you're an admin of the Publication space, you can now upload folders - both with and without files! You can find the new feature by clicking on the "Upload/publish new file versions" button and then selecting the "Upload folders" tab.

Note that you can upload up to 150 files at a time and that the feature is only available in the Google Chrome, Edge and Opera browsers.

Project

Improvements

  • It is now possible to upload a folder structure with and without files in the Publication space.

  • We've made some updates to the notification you receive when a project is closing.

  • The project overview table now includes a new column for "Creation date".

  • Project backups will now include empty folders.

Error fixes

  • We fixed an issue where links to files in notifications remained active even after the file was removed.

  • We fixed an issue where the excel file list export only contained the last selected column.

  • We have fixed an issue where the file counter did not display the total number of files uploaded through transferal upload.

Tender

Improvements

  • We have now enabled users to upload multiple files at the same time in the Tender's Supplementary Files section.

  • Subcontractors can now export ESPD in both PDF and XML formats simultaneously.

General

Improvements

  • It is not possible to add offline projects to the Construction Projects.
